Coalition Letter against Feinstein Gang Bill

This letter was submitted to Senator Feinstein (D-CA) on behalf of the National Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Coalition to comment on the new version of S. 456, the Gang Abatement and Prevention Act of 2007. As advocates for children, youth, and families across the nation, the coalition laid out concerns about the legislation and offered positive solutions to respond to violent gang activity.
